2) Obv: defaced, but probably the head of Nero. Rev: ( ); winged victory, holding a shield; S.C.. AE 2.
3) Obv: ( )S.DOMIT.AVG.GERM.COS.XIII( ); laureated head of Domitian. Rev: FORTVNAE ( ); Fortune standing; S.C.. AE1.
4) ( )AIAN.AVG.GER.( ); radiated head of Trajan. Rev: ( ); Female seated; in the exergue, S.C.. AE 2.
5) Obv: IMP.CAES.NERVAE.TRAIANO.AVG.GER.DAC.P.M.TR.P.COS.V.P.P.; laureated head of Trajan. Rev: S.P.Q.R.OPTIMO.PRINCIPI.; captive seated on spoils, with military trophy in front; in the ex., S.C.. AE 1.

These nine coins cover reigns from A.D 54 161. Found in 1846 during the construction of a house on the ridge above Battye Wood. Two houses, at SE 2860 3599 and SE 2875 3596 respectively, lay above Batty's Wood in 1851. Find spot not established. Present location unknown.
