16 and 18 Upper York Street was delisted in 2007. The reasons were:
'An early 19th century residence that has suffered change of use and consequent extensive unsympathetic alteration apparently carried out in the late 20th century without listed building consent. This has severely degraded and compromised the building's historic character and resulted in the loss of nearly all original interior features'.
