TitlePond/Reservoir, Heath Common, Warmfield cum Heath
DescriptionPond/reservoir, Heath Common, Warmfield cum Heath. Mid 18th century reservoir.

The three reservoirs in an area to the north east of Heath were the subject of an archaeological assessment by Peter Thornborrow (WYAS) in 2004 (300m area centred on SE 36021 20405). The archaeological interest lies in these being unusual features located within the estate of Heath Hall and possibly associated with the architect John Carr (Thornborrow, P.H. (WYAS). 2004).
The reservoir in the location presented by this HER record has an individual description:
'Long rectangular pool cum flighting pond similar to one close by to west at SE 358 203 [PRN 13239]. This has complete stone post and timber railed fence enclosure around the structure'.
For information regarding the other two reservoirs see PRN 13239 and PRN 13240.PRN 13239.
