Bellamy House was the subject of an archaeological assessment by Peter Thornborrow (WYAS) c.1984 85. Text on rear of image reads 'Bellamy House: Warmfield cum Heath. Unlisted house @ D.O.E. resume, before improvement'.
Images depicts a south east facing, two storey, double fronted house. This principal facade has a symmetrical 'polite' arrangement with a central lobby entry. The roof is gabled with welsh slate covering and internal ridge stacks set against each gable wall. A two storey, full height rear wing projects from the western half of the rear of the building.
The main body of the house is rendered but may be of stone and the door and window surrounds, quoins and gable copings with kneelers are all of stone. The chimney stacks are of brick. The rear wing is un rendered and built of stone.
The principal facade overlooking the garden has a centrally placed door with a square surround with simple cornice. The two ground floor windows are three sided bay windows with stone surrounds and projecting cornice. The first floor has three single light windows evenly placed above ground floor windows and door. Building in this position was depicted in 1851 (OS 1st edition 6'. 1851. Sheet 248).
