Willow Hall barn was the subject of a planning application in 1997 probably for 'Change of use of existing car maintenance workshop to a dwelling (Listed Building Consent)' (listed as 98/00013/LBC on Calderdale Council planning access web site and 97/00132/1A on plan). The architect's plans associated with this application are held by WYAAS (Rosedale Draughting Services. 1997). Plans depict a barn like waggon entrance with stone arch. |
