'Willow House and Outbuilding (formerly listed as Barn or stabling to Willow Hall, Burnley Road) SE 02 SE 7/139 3.11.54. II GV 2. Probably C18. Traditional stone service range. Stone roof. Stone framed windows, archways etc. Considerably altered. House occupies Western end. Group with Willow Hall. (Range to North of yard too altered to list)'. Willow Hall barn was the subject of a planning application in 1997 probably for 'Change of use of existing car maintenance workshop to a dwelling (Listed Building Consent)' (listed as 98/00013/LBC on Calderdale Council planning access web site and 97/00132/1A on plan). The architect's plans associated with this application are held by WYAAS (Rosedale Draughting Services. 1997). Plans depict a barn like waggon entrance with stone arch. |
