Peace Cote was the subject of an archaeological assessment in 1980 by Colum Giles as part of the WYAS/RCHME Rural Houses Survey. The photographic image produced by the assessment is held by WYAAS. Giles describes Peace Cote as displaying 17th 18th century fenestration but with entirely modern plan and details.
