WYAS archives copies of the HB30 listed building details relating to Woolley Home Farm. The archive consists of photocopies of the records and accompanying photographic prints (Department of Environment. Undated).
Although not currently listed, there is a section relating to a cottage to the east of Home Farm Cottages. It contains images which depict a modest sized single storey stone built cottage with a hipped stone flag roof. There are two ridge chimney, an attached porch and a shed. Cottage is probably contemporary with late 18th/early 19th century estate farm buildings in the area (see PRN 13011, PRN 13012, PRN 13013, PRN 13014 and PRN 13015)
