Description | Crossley Terrace, Hebden Bridge, Wadsworth. Terraced row constructed c.1810. Crossley Terrace was included in the Calder Civic Trust and Hebden Bridge Local History Society joint survey of buildings for proposed listing in 1975. The fieldwork record sheet is held by WYAAS (Calder Civic Trust and Hebden Bridge Local History Society. 1975). The brief field work record sheet describes the terrace as built c.1810. The three houses are built of ashlar. They are described as a high quality row forming a valuable group with the nearby Southcliffe House, Hollins Hill House and Machpelah House (see PRN 12875, PRN 12877 and PRN 12878). |
