TitleFloodgate, Brookfoot, Halifax
DescriptionFloodgate, linking the North Cut with Freeman's Cut and entry to the River Calder. Built in the second half of the 18th century. Constructed of large dressed stone retaining walls with rebates for gates. Text edited from English Heritage's National Heritage List.
