| Description | According to Lawrence (1974. p.63) Hunslet Carr appears on the 1791 map of Hunslet by Johnson and Sedgwick. It is likely Brown eathernware was produced here(Lawrence. 1974. p.64). As of 2013 the site had been built over by warehouses and transected by a road (the M621) (Bing Maps 2013). The site does not appear on the 1st edition OS 6' to 1 mile Maps Sheet 218 1854. |
