Description | Tall imposing, early 20th century, church set at junction of cross roads. Built of coursed sandstone, with ashlar dressings and a red tile roof. Designed in the Gothic Revival style with angle offset buttresses which rise to pinnacles at east end which has a large tracery window. Chancel and transepts have tall narrow lancets articulated by buttresses. Vestry and lower storeys in Jacobethan style with chamfered mullioned windows. Designed in the Norman Shaw tradition.
