| Description | Textile mill; construction date is unknown – Grove Mill (Worsted) is labelled on the 1st Edition OS map, surveyed 1848 (map sheet 200), however the mill buildings are located some 300 meters south of Grove Mill depicted in later OS maps (see 1893, 1906, and WYAAS’s GIS 08/02/2010). This may suggest that Grove Mill moved its premises during the 2nd half of the 19th century. |
