TitleConey Lane Works
DescriptionIndustrial building, now a garage (1993) dating from c. 1870. Built of coursed sandstone, with a blue slate roof. It is a 2 storey building with 7 bay façade to Coney Lane with wide central doorway with corbelled lintel, windows with flush lintels and sills (some retain small paned glazing to upper part of ground floor windows). Gutter brackets and stone gutter. Left hand return: 8 bays of window under 2 span roof (WYAS 1993).
