TitleNos. 108-116 ('Alexandra Buildings') East Parade
DescriptionShops with upper floor accommodation, built c.1900. Constructed of thin coursed stone, with ashlar dressings and a green slate roof. 3 storeys, and 5 almost symmetrical bays with modern shop fronts. No. 108 has incised pilaster. No. 116 retains 1930’s shop front and has tripartite windows with a mixture of segmental and triangular pediments at 1st floor level. Outer bays project and have a 3 light window to the 2nd floor. Middle bays have 2 light windows, cornice, blocking course and end pedimented gables. 5 chimney stacks.
