TitleWorks to Rear of No. 141 East Parade
DescriptionFactory/Warehouse, built mid/late 19th century. Constructed of brick, with a stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 9 bay façade; each bay articulated by projecting brick pilasters. Central taking in bay with arched lintel (blocked) now right of inserted taking in bay with double loading doors. Windows with stone lintels and projecting sills, 6 paned glazing, decorative gutter brackets, chimney to each gable. An unusual industrial brick building.
