TitleEastwood House, Victoria Park
DescriptionVilla, dated 1819, built of ashlar. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Features a central Greek Doric portico with pediment, and sash windows those to the ground floor flanking portico of 3 lights with key ornament in round relieving arches. Bands of key pattern above. Moulded cornice, parapet and acroteria. The house is attached to a 20th century leisure centre that is not of special interest.
