Description | Shop with upper floor accommodation, dated 1892. Built of coursed sandstone, ashlar dressings and with a blue slate roof. 3 storey building in a Vernacular Revival style; basket arched doorway with moulded surround and shield over. Stepped hood mould left of modern shop window. 3 bays of upper floor windows with basket arches. Hood mould rises over central date plaque initialled ‘JB’. Corniced stone gutter (WYAS, 1993). |
