TitleCentral Hall (Former Primitive Methodist Chapel), Alice Street
DescriptionFormer Primitive Methodist Chapel, dated 1893. Constructed of coursed sandstone, with ashlar dressings and a blue slate roof. 2 storey building in Classical style; it has a 5 bay symmetrical faced with quoin pilasters, semi circular arched doorway and windows retaining their original margin glazing. Pedimented gable with modillions with date stone in tympanium. 6 bay return with bracketed eaves (WYAS, 1993).
