| Description | Row of shops with upper floor offices, dated 1895. Constructed of coursed sandstone, with ashlar dressings and a blue slate roof. The 3 storey building features ground floor shop fronts retaining dividing pilasters and timber brackets. The doorway fronting Cooke Street has shell hood (for upper floor offices). Upper floor windows have 2 paned sashes in plain stone surrounds with sill band and corniced sill band. |
