Title109 Cavendish Street
DescriptionShop dated 1896; constructed of coursed sandstone, with ashlar dressings and a blue slate roof. Tall, narrow building of 3 storeys. Ground floor feature a modern shop front, whilst the first floor has 2 light mullioned windows, recessed into round arched arcade with keystones. Upper floor has three 2 light windows retaining 2 paned sashes. Stone cornice above which rises to a central elaborate cartouche with date. The upper floors may have been used previously as meeting rooms or offices.
