DescriptionShop with function room above, dated 1895. Constructed of ashlar, with a blue slate roof. Gable fronted onto Cavendish Street, shop retains original timber shop front (may have been an off licence originally). Quoin pilasters to the rights; first floor has three arched windows with rusticated voussoirs and keystone, cornice, pedimented gable with date stone under elaborate window frame. Carved urn to the right, and a six bay return (WYAS, 1993).
