TitleVictoria Hotel, Cavendish Street
DescriptionProminently site public house and hotel, built 1895. 3 storeys, in Classical style, and constructed of ashlar, with a blue slate roof. 8 bays of windows to East Parade, with a single bay angled corner. 11 bays to Cavendish Street with elaborate central entrance with block columns and canopy with ‘VICTORIA’ in relief. Semi circular arched windows with moulded impost band, architrave and keystones (some carved) (WYAS, 1993).
