TitleNos. 1, 5, 7 Bow Street
DescriptionFormer Bank and attached shops, now café (1993). Built c.1870, of coursed sandstone, ashlar dressings and a blue slate roof. Part of a curved row of shops (includes Nos. 58 68 North Street) which terminate at eastern end in the former bank with its entrance on angled corner (No. 7 Bow Street): Buildings feature doorway with architrave, original oak doors and overlight. To either side are channelled ashlar pilasters, tripartite windows with margin lights. 1st floor has segmental headed windows with 2 paned sashes. Eaves cornice, tall chimneys (WYAS, 1993).
