DescriptionThe site of 'Great House' was visited in 1999 as part of the Pennine Settlement Survey.
The site is situated c.100m west of Long Biggin (PRN 9842) and is approached from the west by a track. The only evidence of a structure on the site is the remains of a large barrel vaulted cellar constructed from regular sized and shaped gritstone blocks
