TitleManshead
DescriptionThe site of 'Manshead' was visited in 1999 as part of the Pennine Settlement Survey.
The building consisted of a single rectangular 19th century combined house and barn constructed from regular gritstone blocks with single cart entrance. The building survives in good condition with a roof, although the roof tiles had been removed when the site was visited in 1999. Also, during the site visit in 1999, recently placed materials near to the building suggested that renovation work on the building was starting.
