TitleWorker's Cottages, North Beck
DescriptionFormer row of five cottages, built c.1800 and c.1830. Constructed of coursed sandstone with stone slate and blue slate roofs. There are two ranges to the left; the lower has a doorway with tie stone jambs to the left of a 3 light stepped mullion window with plain stone surrounds. First floor has five small windows with plain stone surrounds. A 3 storey range is attached to the right and has 6 bays of 4 paned sashed windows and three doorways with tie stone jambs. One window survives with 20 paned glazed sash (WYAS, 1993).
