TitleOpen Temple at west end of Quarter Mile Walk in Bramham Park
DescriptionThis open temple was probably built in the early 18th century. It is of magnesian limestone ashlar, and was built in the Classical style. It consists of a cubic single cell with a pedimented three bay façade. It has Tuscan corner pilasters, and an entablature framing a square opening that contains a Venetian screen with short Tuscan columns and responds. There is a moulded central arch with a keystone, with an oculus to each side, and a prominent moulded pediment. All of the other surfaces are plain.
