Description | This two storey villa was built c.1830 40, and is of sandstone ‘brick’ with a stone slate roof. It has a first floor sill band, and an eaves cornice projecting from a moulded bed. It has a three window symmetrical front, with the central first floor window being round headed. A stone canted bay window was added in the 19th century to the right hand ground floor bay. There is a Doric engaged columned doorway, and an entablature with a projecting cornice. |
