DescriptionRoman struck or hammered copper alloy nummus of Constantine II. Reverse type datable to AD 330 335. The obverse side depicts a bust facing right with laureate with the inscription [CON]STANINVS IVN NOB C . The reverse depicts two soldiers standing, facing one another, holding spears in outer hand, inner hand resting on shield set on ground; between them two standards and has the inscription [GLORIA EXERCITVS]. Discovered by a metal detectorist about 01/01/2004
