TitleNorth Leeds and St Edmund's Hall Preparatory School
DescriptionThis school was built in 1873, with walling of rock faced stone with ashlar dressings. It has Welsh slate roofs with coped gables and two stacks with set offs. It also has a chamfered plinth. It is a single storey high, and the southeast gable front has a three light pointed arch window with circular tracery, with a single arched bellcote with a bell and a cross finial above. The northeast front has a four light window each with cusped pointed arch heads, flanked by similar three light windows. Beyond to the right is a gabled wing, with three graduated lancets all with cusped pointed arched heads. This is a good quality, well preserved and small scale Gothic Revival style Victorian school.
