TitleRubble-walled enclosure
DescriptionRubble walled enclosure is visible on APs. It is marked on the WYAAS GIS map (12/05/2008) but is not on the 1st edition OS map of 1848. A rectangular structure appears to have a series of curving walls attached to it and to each other. It is possibly a shepherd’s hut with associated sheep pens and is presumably late 19th early 20th century in date. The site is immediately adjacent to a small quarry/gully, although the significance of this is unknown. There are also free standing stones within the enclosure. Requires a site visit.
