TitleSpringwell Leather Works
DescriptionSpringwell Leather Works, Buslingthorpe Lane. On site of late 18th century dyeworks. Acquired by JJ Flitch and rebuilt as a skinworks and spanish leather works in 1858. Closed at Flitch's death in 1901. Some buildings extant in July 1995, but demolition taking place. Further site visit with inspection of the interior required in the first instance.
