DescriptionTriangular, flat, rough grit rock with white patches of lichen, sloping slightly E W in grass and bell heather. Six shallow cups, one groove.
The English Heritage Description for the monument also includes a description of a round cairn (PRN 52) to which the carved rock is adjacent. The description for the carved rock (from the English Heritage Scheduled Monument Record for SAM no 25275 28/02/1995) is as follows;
This monument also includes a carved rock, 0.7m x 0.7m, level with the ground surface, which is 7.2m west of the cairn. The carving consists of six shallow cups and one groove.
