Title | Carved Rock, above Stead Crag |
Description | Large rock similar to `Haystack', standing high in grass, crowberry, heather, bilberry and stones. It has been hewn on two sides and has ditch and bank on NW side. The carvings are on the steep NW to SE sloping face. Six clear cups, three or four other possible cups. Four long grooves running down to edge of face. Near cairn field. |
