TitleLower Cock Hill B
DescriptionMesolithic site, probably small workshop/settlement, on east side of Oxenhope Moor at head of Worth Valley. Site produced all chert finds, found by S.Feather (in 1960s). Finds comprised microlithic and blade cores, unretouched flakes and blades, scrapers and 17 microliths. Finds probably retained by S.Feather. No grid ref. for find spot on record card. Further Mesolithic flint sites located by S. Feather in area of Stake Hill, Oxenhope Moor (see Group Record, PRN 3859).
