DescriptionMesolithic flint knife found in garden of 6, Alderton place, Moortown, Leeds, by M.Hobson on 7th May, 1956. O.S. 'unable to establish find spot in 1963' but cited grid ref. is that of the above address. In Leeds City Museum (acc.no.54.1956); knife allegedly in museum's reserve collection, but is apparently mislaid.
