| Description | Local tradition records that a 'Roman Road' (a paved track) runs north of East Grange Drive and south of Hunslet Cemetery and the allotments to the west; said to have been disturbed by digging in the allotments. Informant was a retired cemetery foreman who lives (1990) in the southern lodge of Hunslet Cemetery. SMR appraisal in first instance to determine need for further evaluation in advance of development. |
