| Description | Gray Stone. Med/Post med. boundary stone? WYAS analysis of Estate maps places the stone at grid ref. cited above. Query whether there are physical remains at this location. D. Floyd suggests alternative siting at SE 365 386, where a large oblong stone upright is still extant. There is, however, no evidence to support this identification. Needs site visit to SE 3573 3831 to check for physical remains.
A check of Bing Hybrid maps on WYAAS GIS (18/05/2011) showed no obvious evidence of a boundary stone at either grid reference cited above. As such, location of the bounary stone is uncertain. |
