TitleRoman Road 721
DescriptionCourse of Roman Road 721 as conjectured by Donald Haigh; as reported, stops abruptly at SE 4000 1577. Township boundary between Foulby and Wintersett briely coincides with this line at its eastern end. Possible agger, ca. 61 m. long, 6.4 m. wide and 0.4 m. high, noted at SE 353 191; however, the area had been heavily disturbed by 19th and 20th c. activity. Also crosses Wintersett, Foulby, Ryhill and Hemsworth townships. Further evaluation required in advance of development.
