Also two closes in Halifax to same belonging called Cripple Ings, containing seven days' work, all late in the tenure of John Winn, Abraham Kershaw Bates, John Simpson, John Binns, Samuel Gibson and [blank] Jenkinson. Also a messuage situate a little out of the Town of Halifax where John Lacey formerly dwelled, late in tenure and late the inheritance of Thomas Nicholls. Also a cottage or dwellinghouse converted into three dwellinghouses adjoining said messuage (tenants given). Also a close of land called croft wherein said messuage was erected. Also another close to said messuage belonging, adjoining lane from said messuage to Goldsmith's Grave. Also a close above the Town of Halifax (more description given).
