in the British Critique of 2 or 3 months ago –
Marian wrote to Miss Jackson.

4 – Mr Skelding called brought me (from Mr I- [Inman])
2 or 3 mineralogical specimens and a Romaic
edition of a small work of St Chrysostom’s
to look at – Mr Inman sent me a couple
of mineralogical specimens – Much pleased with
Beckman’s history of inventions.

5 – Made calls – Poor rates at Market Weighton –
Mr and Mrs Skelding drank tea with us –
